How it works
Community recruiters assist the hospital by sharing physician opportunities with family, friends, classmates, colleagues and others. When a physician or physician in training expresses a desire to learn more, community recruiters complete a form (by paper or online) to alert RiverView of the potential candidate. Follow-up communication will be conducted based on candidate preference.

Incentives for recruiters
- $10,000—Upon physician commencement of full-time employment with a minimum commitment of three years of service.
- $2,000—Per year (up to five years) following the anniversary date of full-time employment for the year in which the recruitment incentive was earned.
