Dr. Debra Bell is a family practice physician at the RiverView Family Practice and Integrative Medicine Clinic. Dr. Bell has experience and extensive education in both conventional and complementary and alternative medicines and is co-founder of the Minnesota Institute of Contemplation and Healing.
Dr. Bell is a graduate of the University of California at San Francisco Medical School. She completed her family practice residency at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and became certified by the American Board of Family Practice in 2004.
