Acute Detoxification
Withdrawing from chemicals can be life threatening.
Generally called Detox, this service interrupts the chemical usage pattern and allows the chemically dependent person to examine how use has affected his/her lifestyle. This may also be the first step toward recovery.
Detox clients are closely monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained and licensed professionals including doctors, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and chemical dependency technicians.

Family Recovery
Family education about the disease of chemical dependency and its treatment is provided through lectures, films and group discussions Family participates in discussions on how they have been affected by chemical dependency Families are introduced to Al-anon and Alateen, self-help groups for family members of the chemically-dependent |

Aftercare
A 10-week series is offered to individuals by Glenmore staff during the early stages of recovery
An information and support network is available for those learning to live a chemical-free lifestyle. |

Financial Counseling
Assistance with filing insurance claims and claims with other agencies, arranging a payment plan, and other financial concerns is available. There is coordination of funding for clients through Glenmore Foundation, a financial resource for those who may be unable to afford treatment and have no other options. |

Outreach and Education
Presentations are available on chemical use and abuse for schools and community groups.

Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient treatment offers the benefits of inpatient treatment with flexible hours to prevent a loss of time from work, school or other obligations
Individuals can remain at home, with the support of family and friends, while going through treatment

Glenmore Extended Care & Halfway House
Glenmore's 10-bed residential treatment facility in Thief River Falls, is designed for clients who need to transition to a more healthy recovery environment. The three story Victorian home provides a unique homelike environment to foster a more vital recovery. This atmosphere combined with individual/group therapy and life skills training encourages newly recovering individuals to live a drug-free lifestyle.
