Glenmore Foundation House
The Foundation House was developed to fill the gap between inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment. It is ideal for clients who need some sort of housing services, but do not need the intensity of inpatient housing. The Foundation House also allows clients finishing inpatient treatment to remain in treatment, but to transfer to a less intensive living environment. It allows clients to get back on their feet, become employed, enjoy more freedom, all while having safe, drug-free, monitored housing. It provides a much needed transition back into the flow of regular life.

The Glenmore Foundation House is a duplex located one block west of the hospital at 308 South Nelson Street. It can accommodate up to eight people at a time and is separated by gender. The house is staffed by a Chemical Dependency Technician from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 am. All treatment and meals are served at Glenmore Recovery Center. There are video cameras located on at all of the exits and one in the smoking area located outside the building. Most clients stay between three to six months.
