Acudetox

Acudetox is a complimentary service offered to clients during their stay at Glenmore Recovery Center.  Acudetox is a protocol developed for addictions and behavioral health and borrows from the theories of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Acudetox works together with the complete Glenmore Program to support recovery, mind-body-spirit.

Acudetox has been shown to:

• Decrease the cravings and mental and physical symptoms of withdrawal including:
  • Insomnia
  • Low Energy
  • Digestive Issues
  • Restlessness/Low mood
  • Poor concentration       

• Decrease need for medications

• Improve participation in individual and group programs and program completion

• Promote relaxation and improved sense of well-being
