Dr. Ramon Anel is an internal medicine physician who began practicing at Altru Clinic, Crookston in February 2004. Dr. Anel receive is medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Anel completed an internal medicine residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in 1999. He also served as Chief Resident in 1998-1999. He then completed a fellowship in critical care medicine at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center, Rush University in Chicago, IL. He served as Chief Fellow in 2000-2001. In 2003, Dr. Anel completed a fellowship in nephrology and hypertension at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University, Chicago, IL.
Dr. Anel is board certified in internal medicine and in critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Anel is board eligible in nephrology.
Dr. Anel is a member of the active medical staff at RiverView Health and Altru Health System, Grand Forks.
Dr. Anel will provide patient care at Altru Clinic, Crookston and Altru Clinic, Grand Forks.
