Dr. Hilton Bakker joined the Active Medical Staff at RiverView in October 2002. Dr. Bakker received his bachelor degree in biology and his degree in medicine from the University of Minnesota. He completed his internship and residency training in diagnostic radiology at the William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He was elected chief resident as a third year resident. In 1991 Dr. Bakker was a staff radiologist at Dakota Clinic in Fargo. Later that year he began employment at North Country Regional Hospital and had been a member of the active medical staff until his appointment at Riverview in October 2002. Dr. Bakker is also a member of the consulting medical staff at Clearwater Community Hospital in Bagley and First Care Hospital in Fosston, MN.
