Wayne Goeken

Wayne Goeken has been a member of the governing board since 1995. He is a resident of the Erskine area and well known for his involvement in natural resource management and education to promote the protection of the environment. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings with both a bachelors of Science degree in Agribusiness and a masters of Science degree in economics. He has worked with the Agassiz Environmental Learning Center and Sand Hill River Watch Program and is currently Coordinator of the Red River Valley River Watch Program. He is also an active volunteer at the Rydell National Wildlife Refuge, as well as with other environmental and physical fitness projects.
