Dwain Fagerlund

Dwain Fagerlund, first elected to the Riverview board in 1998, is a member and shareholder in the law firm of Johannson, Taylor, Rust and Fagerlund in Crookston. Now the chairperson of the board, Dwain is a native of Rolla, ND, and he attended both North Dakota State University in Fargo and the University of North Dakota (UND) in Grand Forks, before attending Law School at UND. He has been a resident of Crookston since 1989 and has been active in the community in United Way, the Crookston Chamber of Commerce and in his church. He and his wife, Kirsten, have three young children; Naomi, Noah and Brita.
